How do you define a location?
A location is a distinct operating business unit with its own system credentials and configuration environment.
If multiple users operate within a shared system account, it counts as one location.
If separate business units operate under separate system accounts, each is considered its own location.
This definition applies consistently across all current and future Workmind Agents.
Is there a contract minimum?
No contract minimums. Plans are billed monthly or annually.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and include a 15% discount.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
Once canceled, access continues through the paid term and will not renew automatically.
If you later reactivate, pricing will be based on the then-current published rate.
Do you charge per user?
No. All Workmind Agents are priced per location, not per seat.
Is pricing locked?
Subscription pricing is locked for active locations at the time of enrollment.
Newly added locations are subject to the pricing in effect when they are added.
How long does implementation take?
Most implementations are completed within a few weeks, depending on configuration complexity and integration requirements.
